Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the public Businext marketing website. They do not replace separate agreements for the Businext product, trials, or enterprise services.

Agreement

By accessing or using businext.store (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes Businext and related offerings. Materials are provided for general information. Features, availability, and pricing may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer where prohibited, or a commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date, unless stated in a separate signed or accepted agreement.

Accounts and eligibility

Some areas of the Site may invite you to request access or submit information. You agree that information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to reach out on behalf of any business you name.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • violate law or third-party rights;
  • probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems;
  • scrape or harvest data from the Site in bulk without written consent;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Intellectual property

Businext and its licensors own the Site, branding, text, visuals, and related materials, except third-party marks or content we use with permission. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by law or with our prior written consent.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Disclaimer

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINEXT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINEXT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE (OTHER THAN LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW) SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID BUSINEXT SPECIFICALLY FOR ACCESS TO THE MARKETING SITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM — WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO FOR A FREE INFORMATIONAL SITE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Businext and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer or other protections in your country of residence may still apply where they cannot lawfully be waived. Subject to those mandatory rules, the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site.

Changes

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
